Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take my insurance?
This is probably the question I hear the most!
I am happy to say that we are an out of network for all insurance providers. Did I say happy? More on that below, but if being in-network is the most important thing in determining where you go for physical therapy, we may not be the best fit for you...but that doesn't mean we can't help! We are always happy to have a conversation if you have some questions about physical therapy, even if you don't end up working with us.
We are out-of-network so we can provide our clients with...
the high quality and valued services they need without hesitation, or time spent worrying about things like insurance coverage or approval.
complete Cost Transparency. Not only can we tell you the cost of each visit, we can Save You Hundreds of Dollars! For those who haven't met their deductible, or are responsible for co-insurance payments, you will find that most physical therapy clinics won't be able to tell you how much you will end up getting billed. This can end up being over $300 per visit and you may not even find out until you've already been billed for several visits! We don't want any of our clients to be put in this situation. We can even provide you with a Payment Plan if you need to spread out payments over time.
our Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee to make sure our clients are happy with their care before making any large financial commitment. If you're not happy with our services, we want to leave you with the financial resources that allows you to get the help you need. See more details below.

What is Dry Needling?
Dry needling is a treatment using a thin filament needle to puncture skin and create tiny lesions in a muscle, tendon, or ligament to help restore normal physiology to improve flexibility, strength and reduce pain.
Needling has many applications for a long list of diagnoses to treat what is referred to as myofascial pain. It has been shown to help with chronic pain, headaches, neck and low back pain, medial epicodylitis (tennis elbow), plantar fasciitis, muscle strain and tension, hip and knee pain, shoulder blade and shoulder pain.
