Your Body is Complex. Context Matters.
How well you define a pain or performance problem determines how likely a solution is to succeed.
If you have tried other treatments and are left with unanswered questions, talk to a physical therapist who specializes in taking a deeper look into why you are struggling to make progress.
This is NOT just a simple injury screen. In order to provide advice or propose a plan to help you, I need more information than just a quick diagnosis to make a sound assessment. I don't treat diagnoses, I treat your body as a whole. I also want to take the time needed so you can understand more about your body.
What to expect at your consultation.
ask Dr. Dan as many questions as you want
review of your injury and medical history
discussion of the treatments you've already attempted
learn more about your why you are struggling with your posture and movement
learn about your foot pressures and how they relate to your posture and movement
get an injury and pain diagnosis with your expected recovery timeline
receive tips for modifying your current training or for proper positioning throughout the day so you can be safe and make sure things don't get worse
suggestions for any devices that may provide you some relief
*Note: There is no treatment given during a free consultation. It’s for you to ask questions, get some advice, and for me to confirm whether or not I think I can help you.
